1. Nature of the service

This site is a player-run listing and matching community for Identity V accounts/serial codes, plus boards for proxy top-ups/draws and third-party services (rebinding, coin transfer, receiving, middleman). It is not the game's official service, does not hold transaction funds and offers no guarantee; trades are completed by buyers and sellers at their own risk. The site's own paid services are limited to Blue Check membership and advertising slots.

2. Prohibited conduct

Selling hacked, stolen, or unverified-origin accounts or serial codes.
Directing people to off-site private transactions in posts or messages, or leaving external contact details to evade the platform's records.
Scamming, impersonating others, mass-registering alt accounts, SMS flooding.
Posting content that misrepresents the facts (inflated costumes, levels, or account contents).

Violators will receive a warning, suspension, or permanent ban depending on severity; anything unlawful will be handled according to the law.

3. Transaction safety guidelines

Communicate through in-site messages only; an anti-fraud warning appears before you click any external link.
Do not pay before confirming the item; for large trades prefer <b>Blue Check members</b> or members with a long good record.
Coin transfer payment services are provided by third-party members; this site only facilitates matchmaking and never handles the money.

4. Badges and Verification

Phone verification: SMS OTP verified — one of the Blue Check requirements.
Gold seal: site staff (admin/moderator).
Blue seal: monthly-subscription member (application requires phone verification, ID submission and payment).

5. Dispute resolution

In a transaction dispute, in-site messages are the primary evidence (they cannot be deleted or edited). Administrators may investigate reports and suspend the violating party; for criminal matters, file a police report directly — the platform will cooperate with the police investigation in line with the Privacy Policy.
