Transaction Safety Guide
Three anti-fraud rules
- Communicate only through in-site messages — do not move the conversation to Line / WhatsApp.
- Before clicking any external link, stop and read the warning — never transfer money privately on an outside platform.
- Inspect the goods before paying; do not transfer money until the contents are confirmed.
Common scams
- Luring you off-site: they ask to add Line "so it's easier to talk", then vanish or demand prepayment.
- Fake coin transfer: under the pretense of "I'll transfer for you", they ask you to wire the money first.
- Fake screenshots: forged payment receipts or costume-page screenshots.
- Reselling hijacked accounts: after the account is handed over, the original owner recovers it through a customer-support appeal.
How to lower your risk
- Prefer counterparties with a phone-verified or ID-verified badge.
- Check the description against the screenshots, and ask for a live video to verify the account's contents.
- Keep every in-site message — ours cannot be deleted, so they work as evidence for appeals and police reports.
- If you get scammed, report it immediately and call the 165 anti-fraud hotline.
